My favorite character in the book, "A Wrinkle In Time" is Charles Wallace. He is my favorite character because he is different from the others, he is more logical too! He does things that no other five year old would do. He uses really big words in each of his sentences, also, his sentences are complete. What else that made me choose Charles Wallace is that, somehow, he can read his mom and sister, Meg's, mind! At least that's the kind of description I would use. He is very reassuring to Meg and his mom in every way. He is always there for them. He knows, somehow.
Some examples that show my character's personality are, in page: 32, which explains how Charles Wallace uses big words and complete sentences, here is what Charles Wallace said: "A change in gene," Charles Wallace quoted, "resulting in the appearance in the offspring of a character which is not present in the parents, but which is potentially transmissible to its offspring." That was one of my examples.
Another example that shows why I picked Charles Wallace as my favorite character is because of his good sense of vocabulary and his dictionary. And this example, that I'm about to choose, explains how good his vocabulary and dictionary is. On page: 33, in the example, he is defining the word compulsion, "Constraint. Obligation. Because one is compelled." that is the definition Charles Wallace gave to the word, compulsion.
The last example that I will give that helps explain why I picked Charles Wallace as my favorite character is on page: 8. when he somehow knows Meg will come down for a midnight snack. He is sure that both his mom and Meg will come, he even put some milk for them on the stove! Its like he read their minds or he saw the future, or something. That was my last example.
